This is realistically not a place that you want to send your loved ones. It has been sanctioned continually for the past 2 years. It is run down, dark and smells. The owners are clearly not in it for the care of the elderly. There are much better facilities out there. Stay away!

These people are a bold family that are looking for a major return on there investment. Don't be fooled by there presence and Groth because at Heart it will always be the bottom line. I tell you this as a tenant in one of the properties they rent . Everything they do is concieted And manipulate. No care factor
Our mother has been a resident at Lark Ellen for 12 months. She has received excellent care from the happy and friendly staff there. Mum has put on weight and become healthier during her stay. Mum was the Registered Nurse at Lark Ellen many ago when she was a younger lady and was happy to return as a full time resident when it became necessary for health reasons.
We have found this Nursing Home to be excellent. It is a high care facility, with very professional and friendly nursing staff who are always available. They also have plenty of recreation activities everyday. The meals are very good and my husband feels very at home here.
My Mum has been with Lark Ellen for 12 months and they are overall a very good standard of Nursing Home. They have welcoming and effective care, they deliver care services to a high standard and work with you to ensure the resident is happy.
The most amazing and sensitive care team are at Lark Ellen. Highly recommended.
