I believe organisations are as good as the local people in the them with the support of their leaders. My experience with Sutherland and those I’ve met has been fabulously beyond expectation. This is mirrored in the happiness and improvement of my mother under their care.

I was in the process of getting my dad in to Bupa Sutherland Very disappointed with their administration. I had to do do all the follow ups with regard to room availability. Never received any acknowledgement of emails I sent them. I got the impression that this place is more interested in than caring for the elderly. After my experience I'm glad to say my dad will not be staying here.
