My very favourite shop! The most beautiful things lovingly sourced from makers all over Japan. Ceramics, tableware, kitchen wear, towels, bath products and a few incredibly packaged food items. Lots of little things for gifts and the girls can tell you the story of all the items. Provider is a love letter to Japan

I ordered "Japanese Stoneware Candle - Charcoal - Hikari" all the way from NV, USA and the folks at Provider Store got it here insanely quick! On top of that, despite being delivered in a heat wave the product was perfectly packaged - no melting. It smells great and looks even better; I'm definitely going to order again in the future!
Very disappointing to see another white person monetise another culture that is clearly not their own. It's very apparent over the past few years how persistent you've been in exploiting Japanese aesthetics, making it 'trendy' and 'modern' to your own liking. It is true that "white people just support other cultures when it is convenient for them and they can use them in their benefit." While you are inspired by Japanese culture and want to acknowledge that inspiration, you should find another inspiration source that is connected to your western (white) culture. There are actual Japanese makers being innovative and reselling items that reflect their own origins and history. Will not be shopping here.
Beautiful store and lovely people. The customer service is incredible and products are sustainably and ethically sourced from independent Japanese makers. I absolutely love everything I have purchased from the store and hearing the stories about the makers of each product.
An absolute gold mine for gifts and treats for yourself. Tara and the gang are all smiles, and ready to help. Provider Store is the first place I think of to get anything home related – literally a one-stop shop for me. Plus the added benefit of seeing her furry friend of course.
The provider store has the best selection of Japanese goods at a fair price point. Love going in store to experience a little bit of Japan it is definitely a place not to be missed, worth the visit. I have been lighting up my candles everyday. The scents are so unique and nothing like the others.
