Escargot were prepared completely unexpectedly but were cooked to perfection. Steak was the best I've had in Sydney for a long long time. And the chocolate fondant was a huge hit. Great wine menu and attentive staff. You need to eat here!

An unexpected delight ! Searching for a place to have dinner, we came across Le Pelican. We decided to try it and had a most wonderful experience. Welcoming staff, elegant setting and very enticing menu. Will return very soon! It made our evening very special and our overseas guest was most impressed. Thank you!

I loved this place. My entire meal was delicious. I had the scallops with braised beef for entree followed by the duck with popcorn, which was mind blowing! A very creative and delicious menu, great staff and a cosy dining room. Can't wait to go back for another visit!

It's good food and waiter knowledgeable. Specials on the day weren't the best but the menu was varied. We paid 55 per head with wine so not too expensive. Very pleasant evening and I will eat again.

Lovely restaurant with great food. We ordered the Escargots to start, Steak as main and chocolate fondant to finish, all were absolutely great! I recommend to get there earlier than later as it is a very small restaurant and can get a bit loud once it is full.

Great little restaurant in Darlinghurst - the food was great with sight twists on french classics. The waiter was attentive but not in your face all the time, and chitchat was had and pleasant. Would love to go again when I'm back in Sydney.

We recently had an incredibly delicious three course dinner here. The service was very good, and we loved the atmosphere. Make sure to visit Patxi - the chef's labrador, if he's around. Icing on the cake after a great meal.
