I have been with Blooms for Years Now. The Staff are Fantastic, I know everyone personally, Nothing is to Much Trouble. They Know Me well. It's like the Old Days When One Formed a Relationship With There Care Provider. Blooms Even Deliver Medication to My House if I am Not Well. I can even add some extra Items for Delivery, and they allow Me to Pay By Card over the Phone. Blooms SURRY HILLS, Very Highly Recommended.

I can't pass up an oppprtunity to praise great customer service and today, Blooms on Crown St - in particular, Brianna, has raised the bar keeping it together during this hot sticky weather. Happy to step backwards, put a basket of merchandise back on the to-do list and give me everything I need to get my hands on a great product I've been searching for - for months. Made my day! (customer service gets the comparisons convo compulsion when it's great or goop, This helps me get it outta my system)
I have dealt with most of the staff there and those that I have dealt with responded helpful, courteous and with excellent costumer service , it’s help if one is friendly and courteous back to them too I have a few health issues and they keep my prescription on file and I can ring them up and ask them to deliver after school hrs with no problem , that’s a plus to me as per my health at times I can’t go to the chemist! I am happy with their service !!!

Descent staff always helpful when collecting prescriptions, not great for shopping though, very limited choice other than vitamins.

The staff were friendly however I have been here twice. The first time my script was on the PBS and I was charged 6.40 (2018) instead of 5.40. I asked why and was told their customers prefer to pay more as it helps reach their safety net. No they don't, I certainly do not and don't know anyone in the world that does. Absurd claims and false claims are what Blooms stand for. I asked to price match was told okay, what do you know - I got a discount though is that the same as price matching? Two stores two terrible experiences however the staff were friendlier her so I'll give 2 stars. Next time perhaps let customers know you are jacking them 1 on scripts. Also it could be an idea to actually price match not make up an in-between price, that would be a start. As I said the staff were friendly and not condescending or rude so I give two stars. I won't ever shop at Blooms the Chemist ever again. Once bitten twice shy.
