Ros is undoubtedly a real-life experienced, true professional in her field with the perfect combination of genuine compassion. I myself, I cannot connect with people easily and it has taken me a long time to find what I was starting to think didn’t exists but from the moment I spoke to Ros i could instantly feel the connection where she outstandingly provides such a warm, welcoming and safe space in which seeing her is something to look forward to. I honestly do not have enough words to express the genuine gratitude I feel towards her and the work she does as a person. She has the most amazing capability of not telling you what you want to hear but in the most amazing no BS kind of way. If you’re searching for support enough to read this review, I whole-heartedly hope You make an appointment. - Ros comes highly recommended and with good reason.

I have just recently started talking with ros, from the start when i first made my first appointment with her over the phone, she was very welcoming & booked me in as soon as she could, i have found her to be very professional yet made me feel very comfortable in her lovely place of work, absolutely beautiful person who is helping me through a difficult time, i would highly recommend her ️

Unfortunately she forgot our zoom appointment after I seeked out her service. After a loss from someone who passed I loved dearly from suicide, it was a real disappointment and was already hard reaching out to you only to feel forgotten. Please don't let down another potential client looking for help it beats the purpose of your service to help others right? Thanks kindly. Replying to your response- I appreciate your response however disagree with your reasons as we have emails clearly making a time and session of zoom through email in our conversation so clearly it was forgotten or you would of contacted me after our scheduled appointment. That's ok you are human too but professionally it was a disappointment.

Ros has helped me in more ways than I could have imagined. She has not once told me what to do but given me the tools and the strength to recognize who I am and what myself and my family deserve. I have seen many counsellors in my life but no-one has ever provided me the care that Ros has. I started seeing Ros with my partner in an attempt to save a highly toxic relationship. After simultaneously working one-on-one with Ros to heal my own traumas I found the courage to walk away from my narcassistic partner for the final time. Had I not seen Ros I would never have had the strength to do this alone. Ros held my hand through making one of the biggest decisions in my life. She went above and beyond in every aspect, even so much as calling me to guide my through situations over the phone. I highly recommend Tranquility counselling services. I couldn’t recommend anyone else. Since day 1 of Meeting Ros I instantly felt supported and cared for, She listens intently and makes you feel so comfortable. She goes above and beyond for all of her clients and I have never met someone so caring and supportive. I’ve been struggling with Mental Illness since I was 11 and in my 7 years of being in the mental health care system I have never made as much positive progress in my life until I met Ros.
