My favourite souvenir shop on the Gold Coast, with a large variety of items like T-shirts from 5.00 and other random things like homewares, tools and cleaning products.

Great Value. Friendly Staff. i recently visited the gold coast from the united states and visited this store, i couldn't speak highly enough on the service and the price / value of the goods i bought, 6 towels for only 45. this is not a special but their everyday price, their 1 key rings i bought 200 of, the cheapest i could find in town. i was drawn to them by the Japanese tourist buying handfuls. i bought quite a number of boomerangs and turtles to take back home the staff went to extra lengths to wrap everything in bubble wrap for my travels back home, other stores just threw them into a plastic bag for me. being in business in the states i appreciate good services, we were delighted with the overall experience of the staff. in the airport waiting for my flight, thought ill send some love to this store. i couldnt fault this store. would RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR GREAT VALUE

I was looking for some souvenirs in a raining day, and my friends were waiting for me while I was shopping in the store, however the lady told us that "they are shops not shelters." Seems like we are the people that are escape the rain, but I was looking for a platypus for my cousin as gift. I can't believe that she say that to us. So we walked off and shop in other souvenirs shop. Even the souvenir shop run by Japanese is better than this one. I would not recommend anyone to shop this place with this kind of rude services.

Overpriced. Was told by the lady at the cashier to “take it up with the owners but they would just tell me to not come back because they are very rude”.... oookaay.
