Regular parking here as I work close by and service has been amazing - No problem at all. Just in the last 2 days I have problems with ticket every day I come to park in the morning. First day I was given an invalid ticket and I was unable to validate ticket for the early bird. Second day in a row it did not issue ticket at all as I pass the entrance and get to speak with call center has been difficult. Have you had problems with your system lately?

Absolute con. No customer service on a sunday, only time I have ever rung a call centre and the waiting time increased the longer I waited. I was first in the queue but went from 1 min waiting time to 12 minutes as counted out by the automated queuing system, how does that even work ? Don't bother with the online booking, the code is pointless because when you arrive, there's no key pad. So you are forced to buy a ticket and pay the normal rates. I ended up paying twice once online and then again at the PlayStation for a days parking, furthermore, there was assitance on the other end of the 'help' line at the boom gate nor at the PlayStation. All in all, worst experience ever.

Great location. Expensive rates, which i accepted before entering the car park - there’s no or minimal street parking near to the shops. On leaving I had trouble paying with my comm bank card which I had just used multiple times in the shops without any problems at all. At the ticket machine the lady on the other end of the assistance told me to proceed to exit and pay there. At the exit however, a very rude Adam told my partner and I to reverse and pay at the pay station. We had no cash and he told us to go back to the shops and withdraw money to pay. He refuted everything the lady had told us and made us reverse despite having 5 cars behind us. There was no identification from anyone on the team that there was a fault in the machines, it was all my fault and my card that had the problem. I have never had anyone speak to me so rudely as Adam did. He had agressive tone no concept of customer service.

I would not recommend parking here. The parking ticket machines are very outdated and do not accept all cards, i ended up being charged 6 times (total of 108) and having to wait a month to get a refund. Poor service, last century's technology, and overall just a bad experience. Avoid.
