Cleanliness was terrible. There was rubbish left in the apartment including used women’s sanitary pads. Dishwasher didn’t work. Mould in the showers. Toiletries were not single use, they were huge bottles that had been used by many had obviously been refilled with something???? You could only imagine what could be inside. In the current times of living in a pandemic, the hygiene practices were awful. Wifi was terrible. Had to keep onto staff to get my 300 bond refunded. They asked for me to text a photo of my credit card to them which I didn’t feel comfortable doing. They now have a copy of my card on file???

Really bad service. The worst customer service we have ever seen before. We have booked the Ocean view room, once we arrived, there is no ocean at all. There is all city you can see from whole room. The main thing is the price of ocean and city view are different. we payed hundred dollars more and have city view. We asked the manager and front desk stuff. They said the room we booked is the exactly the room we move in with the exact room number. Normally, we booked the room as the classification of the room not the exact room, like they said we booked the room as 1805 1806 1807... we asked them our room is called ocean view then how you guys classify the room as the picture shows on the booking, which like the room just in front of ocean. They said they don’t know. then we just want to pay more money for the ocean view. And asked them how much we should pay if we want to change the room. They said they cannot tell us. We move out from the Meriton Hotel. There has cheaper price with ocean view room. Like half price than this hotel. This hotel is not worth the price.

Arrived back last nte, only 2 keys for 5 lads in a room. Didnt have a key, battery in phone was flat knew my room number. No member of staff would help, he did give me a charger, I got my phone to 3% tried calling my friends, no answer, I did then show him the booking. His words"these apartments are privately owned and have nothing to do with us" wouldn't allow me to get into the lift where they could of put me to my floor at least I could of knocked the door. when I asked what they expected me to do & sleep outside, he said he didn't care. Then 4 security guards brutal escorted me out and kicked me on the street. I had to sleep on the beach, when I arrived back at 5.30am I spoke with the lady on the intercom and explained my issues, the same security guard arrived at the door, didnt open it and just told me to go away. it was 10.15am before I got in, I sat outside the doors for 4 3/4hrs This is a complete disgrace to treat anyone & make them sleep on the street

Awesome location, with a splendid view of the ocean from all rooms. It's absolutely possible to just sit at the balcony for hours and enjoy this view. Very short walk to Surfers Paradise. Rooms have aged a bit. But sizable units.

Very nice, excellent exterior and interior. Lovely environment. Polite behaviour. There is beach nearby, lots of places to eat, to have fun. In short, a very happening place. Lovely view from hotel rooms. Might be a bit costly for some people, otherwise everything is superb Great experience ️

The worst company to rent a hotel from , they gave us no parking which was included in the deal and the sheet in the main bedroom had so many brown stain on there . Would never see Jim the organisation again
