An enjoyable way to spend an hour or so. The tour guide is engaging and informative. The wax models varied and with just enough information. They also like to add and update so if you haven't been for awhile, then it may not be how you remember it.

Lady at the desk was a bit Nasty and rude. Told that the lift isn't for infants or prams and to carry it up and down a dark flight of stairs and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for refusing. This was after she got angry and snappy over us both having concession cards saying that normally they only allow one per group but she guessed she can do it this once while acting like we've ruined her whole day. It left us feeling unwelcome and ruined the experience. Flight of stars was 2 sets of about 10 around a corner platform with no decent lightning. The tour guide was on the other hand lovely and the tour was informative and at a nice pace

The guided tour was very informative but also John, the tour guide, made it fun and interesting. A must see if you're staying on the Gold Coast. Definitely good value for money and a great way to spend an hour or so.

Very cool place, highly recommended if your visiting the gold coast. The guided tour down stairs is very cool with all the history of torture. Up stairs is famous wax people, very cool, and detailed!

Very entertaining for a place where things don't move. First section is wax figures of famous people, with a bit of info on each. Second section is a guided tour of "wax horrors", showing torture techniques from the past and different cultures. Allow an hour for the two sections. The tour guide explained who some of the historical people were for kids, which was helpful. Something different you can see in any weather.

Just visited the wax museum with my wife and loved the experience! The chamber of horrors guided tour was fantastic and very informative, wax sculpturs were very life like and to scale, nothing like this in Melbourne, will return when back in Queensland!

Very informative and well educated. Loved coming here today with the wife. The two gentlemen were superb and went out of there way to make sure we had a great time. I will definitely be recommending this attraction to all my friends and family.
