Loved our first-timers lesson Ava was a great instructor and we had plenty of relaxed time to practice and out everything she taught us into action. My legs and yoga core muscles got a very good workout today, no complaints!! It was a lot more fun than I anticipated and having a lesson with my husband made it all the more fun I’d highly recommend this group for your SUP lessons, first time or just for a paddle.
