I am giving two stars for the good customer service. Other than that, the product itself is not worth the money at all. I sent my resume for improvement and what I received lacked effort in every sense of the word. Visually, it looked like a template; it definitely doesn't stand out. On top of that, there were too many typos and discrepancies in sentence structure and coherence. I gave them feedback and they came back to me within a day with a rushed product, so I decided to just leave it at that. I wasted 500, and I still haven't got an interview.
