Horrible experience at the Sunshine showroom. The manager Hassan was rude and kept taking phone calls during our appointment. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend going here. Over priced. My friend got her tiling done by this company, they overcharged her for that too and the job took over two weeks. When they said it’d only take three days. The grout was the wrong colour and they charged her again for their own mistake. All in all you can get a far better job done with a much cheaper price else where

Horrible tilers. They tiled our kitchen floor last year and provided a 5 year warranty. The grout is now coming away and the tiles are moving. When I called them about it and told them their "experienced" tiler didn't back butter and hammered the screws in, they expected we should be supervising their worker. EMBARRASSING. The manager Hassan told me to call back on a Saturday but he's simoly switched off his phone and ignore any further calls. They don't want to honour their warranty. DISGRACE. Stay away from them.
