Came today around 6.30pm accompanying my wife to certify documents and service by officer Terence D. He is very polite and helpful plus have excellent customer service as greet and talks to our 9 and 7 years old sons for their first visit to real police station. He taken extra effort to build rapport with our youngest son that makes him so value. Thank you officer Terence and rest of the team at Sunshine station. Also (if I could say on behalf of Brimbank Council residents thank you for all of your services officers keeping us safe. Merry Christmas 2020 and Happy New Year 2021.
The No Hope Station....I go into station for help against fraud, They say they need to be convinced...What a joke! but they quick to rush out and give people fines even innocent ones is the worse part.
I called Sunshine Police Station in Victoria at 1.15pm on a Friday. Expecting an answer after listening to their options and selecting a correct option. There was no answer. I hung-up my phone after 45 seconds wait. Terribly inefficient for a police force.
Doesn't seem like this Station has anyone. I have more than once called and waiting for over 20 minutes until I hung up with no one answering my call. Not a place to run to for help.
Yesterday I was in sunshine police station the young police officer helped me to do mythings........ his name was Matthew ( I forgot his surname . He was so young and so kind guy) just wanna say thank you to him and appreciate to do my paperwork. God bless him and his family . Thanks to give us felling safe
