The phone line is either busy or switched off, rarely do you get through, takes days of constantly trying. I gave my details 3 times and they either lost or didn't write them down correctly each time. I've been waiting months just to be given an appointment to fill out forms. Really badly run. Can't believe I only have this option to fill out forms from the Dept of Health and Human Services, not good enough.

I would usually give SASH's a 5star rating as joy was a massive help in finding accommodation. Now I'm faced with a serious drama where I've been placed and no one seems to be able to return my calls. It's been 3 days now. 5 if you count the weekend.

Extremely helpful in finding my family a home and with food during a difficult time. Excellent case manager.

My wife walked in there and walked out. A man inside followed her out and when she turned her back, he touched my son, stole the phone he was holding and shoved her into the ground when she turned around. Best of all... SACHS says they can't give any security footage to police because it "compromises the confidentiality of their clientele". They're protecting criminals there!
