I had an issue on one of the machines. The team went over and above to help fix the issue and reward my kids with there earnt prizes. A big thanks for all involved and I would recommend this business for their integrity and quick response to fix and resolute a problem. A big thanks to Tamara and Chanel their respectively. Well done, 5 stars!!

Alright arcade games and not many variety. Games are not worth the tickets. DO NOT PLAY THE CLAW MACHINES THEY ARE RIGGED. I personally liked the deal or no deal, stacker ski ball. They have bad better ticket pay off and not many prizes but overall this place is alright. * They don't have wmmt racing 6 unfortunately.

I love the atmosphere of Intencity arcades. The machines available here and the friendly environment is something I greatly enjoy and I feel other arcades lack. The staff here are super awesome and I always have a great time here!

Just an average video game arcade. Semi new games mixed in with ancient games, which no one has heard of. It's just next to the cinema so a fun way to kill time before a movie.

I took my 4 children here yesterday for 2 hrs of fun. The staff were friendly, approachable and really lovely. My 2 autistic children were treated with kindness and given a bit of special treatment. I will definitely be going back again. Parking is easy and the venue clean.
