Gee after I saw the previous reviews it all makes sense. I handed my mobile phone with my Lotto app open to the female staff member - I paid her cash and I walked out. Yes I guess I do bear "some" responsibilty for leaving my phone. But when I went back ( an hour later ) the manager/ owner did not accept any resonsibility. The female was upset and did appogise but ultimately it is the owner who needs to sort these things out and he came up short.

Staff was rude and unfriendly and gave me the wrong lotto and change. This has happened to me at least 3 times now.

Friendly Staff and services, Lot of giftware and homeware options. It is also a good place for lotto products. :) I will recommend for visiting
