My favourite Vietnamese restaurant on the south side. Great taste, flavours and food quality. Affordable pricing. Quick and prompt service. Please try and reduce the MSG level though

It seems as though not many people know about this location. These people take pride in the quality of their food. The special beef pho is excellent. And their broth will have you coming back for more!

The food was just alright, I've definitely had better Vietnamese. The staff don't seem quite happy to be working here by the way. Quite rude service... Maybe they just don't like customers? Haha

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. Always like their crab meat tomato soup , homemade ice lemon tea. The new dish, Sai Gon crisp chicken with rice, yummy!!!The chicken is crisp, tender and juicy. Very recommended !

A heartwarming little store perfect for a quick but filling and tasty bite to eat. I had the combination egg noodles as pictured, it was a hearty serving of very delicious broth and an assortment of meats including prawn, fish cakes, and what I believe are pork strips? Loved the soup but it made me very thirsty after having it, which makes me think there might be quite a bit of MSG or similar flavouring added. My friends who had the beef pho felt the same. I have no issue with MSG but too much really dries out my throat and I'd rather get the true flavour of the broth from whatever meat it's made from. The service was good; down to earth and friendly staff members who were patient and accurate with the orders. The restaurant itself is clean and cosy, reminiscent of the roadside restaurants back in my home country in Southeast Asia. Loved the vibe and it was a comfortable setting for me and my friends to chat over dinner. My only qualm besides the potential MSG added is that there weren't any vegetarian mains at all. I think it's very difficult to get vegetarian Asian food in general but I really love and usually revisit restaurants that serve good vegetarian dishes so it would have been great if there were some present here. If that's not an issue for you this is a lovely spot.

They literally served me a bowl of chicken noodle soup with a dead fly floating in it. How they didn’t see it before serving it to a customer is mind boggling to me. Then I kindly asked for a refund without making a scene but they refused & said they would just replace my meal. Would definitely not be going back there ever again. Disgusting! I do not recommend.
