I had my Breville Barrister Express in for repair with Andrew and I have to say it was one of the best customer experience’s I’ve ever had. Product knowledge, second to none. Customer service, second to none. Attention to detail, second to none. After sales service, second to none. The bit that topped it off was his follow up call to see how my machine got on and asked me to call back once I got it sorted as I used some old beans which threw it out, so he knew it was sorted and or help to fix it. The machine works perfectly! I will be dealing with Andrew and his wife for all my coffee machines, from purchase, set up and maintenance from now on. Excellent work!

So pleased that when I googled that I found Mr. Sparky. I can not recommend this company enough for professional, prompt and friendly service. Andrew repaired our much loved and used 20 year old Bamix being able to find the fault and while apart replace other parts. I am wondering how many more years the old Bamix will carry on. I took my 20 year old, much used and much loved Bamix into Mr Sparky to see if there was any way it could be fixed. I really thought it was headed for the bin. To my surprise the helpful team at Mr Sparky were more than sure it could be fixed. It needed a few weeks, as they are really busy. But my old Bamix totally repaired, cleaned and working like new. So happy! Thank you to the team at Mr Sparky, so helpful. Highly recommended. Check out the shop, like parts heaven! Before you throw out your next appliance, ask the team at Mr Sparky, it can probably be repaired. Heaps of free parking at front of store.

Frother wasn't working as well as when I got it 4 years ago. Quicky diagnosed fault and fixed it to be as good as new. Plus full service and tips on getting the most out of it not in the manual. Happy I didn't get a new one and opted to fix. Just like a car some parts just need replacing and much cheaper to fix than replace even if not under warranty. This is the Sunbeam Torino coffee machine

He has carried out repairs for me on various appliances and not only that has taken the time to explain ways to get the best out of any appliance that he has repaired for me.(mainly my coffee machines).
