Customer service was not that great. But Iced Tea's always have great taste. İt's better to have heathier drinks from Gong Cha than having fizzy drinks like Pepsi , Cola , Sprite. By the way, minimum 10 spend on card was very high. Why not make it 5 ?

Love love loooove! So many options and you can get a lot of drinks without sugar or milk. Servers are always friendly and quick.
UPDATE YOU HOURS !!! ALWAYS LET DOWN !!! Some nights your open late, other times you close whenever you want! You need to update your hours to the correct times and stick to it! Seriously! SO SLACK!
I walked in and theres only myself in the shop. They didn’t serve me because I didn’t wear a mask.. hhhh ridiculous..
Ran out of pearls by 1pm on a Sunday... didn't have a lot of flavours available... Hmmm.
