Under qualified I had to get another technician in to fix his mess he said he installed a drive which he never installed at all He users outdated and faulty equipment let his under-qualified son destroy your computer equipment

Lied to & ripped off! I sent my pc to Frank twice, paid 140 for what I was told was a fix & installation of a new harddrive. Ive since sent it to another local guy @Sunbury PC (Steve) & have been shown proof, which I've uploaded here below, that the HD is infact 9 years old, so far from new & my daughter is left without a computer as its still not working & I cant afford to replace it or repair it now. Run for the hills & go see an honest technician like Steve at Sunbury PCs who didnt charge me for the consult that helped me discover the truth. Shame on you Frank, may your son wisen up before he follows in your dishonest footsteps. Sarah-jane.
