Rung up on Friday just gone to book an appointment, was told it’s over the phone but had no appointments for Friday. They asked if i wanted saturday or sunday, i said i work Saturday so on sunday please. They said no worries. Just got off the phone and said they couldn’t give me a certificate because it was two days ago and is illegal. Rude service and lied to. Won’t be going back again.

The reception staff should be sacked. They are exceptionally rude and our family won't be going back after 10 years.
Terrible service from counter staff. There is discrimination against patients without Medicare. They only accept cash payments and no card payments, and don't always provide receipts. You are expected to pay before seeing the doctor. It is definitely not a place to go if you have any serious medical conditions or if you don't have a medicare card.
Refusing to see anybody during covid even if no symptoms, only one in town I know of without a covid plan except to leave you in your car and talk over the phone, thats not medicine. Go to hospital or wait and go to another centre that sees you in person, seeing symptoms is quite important.
Great Doctors. Have confidence in them caring for my health concerns.
Not happy. Was told i would be called back with ct results asap as the doc told me there is a 95% chance ive fractured my ankle, ( notified straight away with the xray results), To be told a day later I have to "keep waiting" until an appointment was made. You can tell they dont care or have to live with it.
Help only goes so far, dont seem interested in helping out beyond a certain point or going the extra mile. have been left waiting for extended times in the waiting room when reception failed to inform doctor i was there. And another time doctor wasnt even in the building and I waited for 45 mins before anybody let me know.
I have never had any problems with this medical center, my Dr is so careing, and that is a change from other centre's. 5 star service .
