Unfortunately I couldn't rate this any lower! Turned up over 1 hour late after countless unanswered phone calls. Brought the wrong keys, was finally let in just as the party was due to be over and initially offered 50 refund from the initial outlay of 200. The above mentioned "agreed amount" was pretty much agreed to so as to get anything back from the owner as we were told we we couldn't have a full refund as the kids "were going in". Therefore if we chose to not let excited kids who had been waiting 2 hours the chance to go in and play, we could have a full refund! The kids were let in after waiting 2 hours, most were gone within an hour because either the parents had to go or the kids were knackered from, you know, being 4 years old. As for the nonsense about "covid" causing booking changes, we had a confirmation email and had also confirmed during the week. Nothing says Happy Birthday like playing pass the parcel and blowing out the candles on a birthday cake in the middle of a shopping centre with people walking past and staring at you. Also, really not interested that you had to work night shift the night before and was tired. Heard it several times. Happy Birthday!

Attempted to attend a child’s birthday party today (14th Feb 2021) at the Secret Harbour branch. The party was confirmed IN PERSON yesterday (Sat 13 Feb). No staff showed up until about an hour and a half after the party’s start time, and the staff didn’t have the keys. Queue another 30 minute wait outside of the centre, some very disappointed children, a pass the parcel and birthday cake in the middle of the shopping centre later, they finally got the doors open. The 16 kids that had been patiently waiting were so excited that they could finally play, but the management declared that if the kids went in, a full refund wouldn’t be provided. What do you do? You let the kids play. And they did play, and enjoyed themselves quite a bit - what a shame they didn’t get the full 2 hours that was booked though. And then you get a measly 50% back for the worlds most disorganised party, run by disorganised and seemingly money hungry people.
very awful service. the teacher does not look after kids all the time.some kids are fighting against each other. they left my baby a big bruise on the right eye on the first day. and they kept saying they are not responsible for it at all. Not suitable for babies without guardian playing with them!!!

Exceptional Creche facility. The ladies are always warm, welcoming and helpful in anyway possible. When we pick the kids up, we get updates and on what the children have been up to whilst in their care. Our boys love Sundays now, as they look forward to playing at Wiggly Toes! They love it as much as we do! Its nice knowing our children are well cared for while we run around doing groceries, or just having a peaceful coffee. This centre is amazing, highly recommend!!!
Look, initially I thought it was ok. I took my grand daughter there for an hour. The tent at the back is old and frayed ...being a two year old she ran out at speed...and tripped...whacked her head. We were there and saw it...a bit shocked, we just left. Said nothing. Mistake. They need to upgrade and change practices as the store attendant said and did nothing...Disappointing. No best practice. A real worry if we weren't there.
Amazing people and daughter loves it here.
