Couldn't find a Feedback form on the website for Cockburn. I just had my Health care plan done with an amazing nurse called Dani - I think her full name is Danica. Dani is an amazing ambassador for St John Medical Cockburn. She is thorough, without being intrusive. I hope the Cockburn Practice Manager sees this review. Dani is a great nurse and I hope a permanent fixture at Cockburn. Thank you Dani!

Waiting with my daughter for 40mis due to receptionist continuing to forget to notify doctor that she is in the practice waiting. Absolutely deplorable

Came here for first time today. I've been told there are 3 people before me. It's been 40 min now and they still telling me 2 more people before me. Texted my friend about the situation first thing he texted me back is don't tell me you are at cockburn. Must say quite a reputation you guys have. Guess what its been 45 min now and I think this review is the best thing I can do while I am still waiting. First and last time. Thank you for increasing my headache. Still waiting for someone to see me.

Appalling treatment of people. My partner was terribly ill but they refused to see her until she had a covid test. Fair enough she was tested and negative but they still refuse to see her until she had another test which she did and still negative. After making her wait outside for an hour they again refused to see her. A phone appointment was totally useless and the same price they told her to take panadol and go to bed FFS. What a joke and a disgrace!!!

Had an appt to get a medical certificate and to get script for birth control, had a really bad experience w a doctor i hadn’t been to before. didn’t make me feel welcome or comfortable answering questions, when weighing myself he said he was going to write it 0.5kg less so it’s ‘not as bad’ because i’ve gained weight since last time i’ve been there. a few i there things happened. overall experience made me feel pretty bad and not comfy, i’ll stick to the usual drs i’ve seen from now on!

What a fantastic service. From the lovely lady on reception, Nurse Lana and Dr James were so caring and helpful. Cant recommend them highly enough.
