Had a fantastic experience with Dina in February getting the perfect engagement ring. She was very patient & showed me a variety of styles & stones, always giving me sound, helpful advice. I did not give the team very much time to make the ring but they still managed to have it crafted by my tight deadline (that will teach me to procrastinate!). I cannot recommend Dina & her colleagues enough for any jewellery needs.

What can I say.....Dina. you did everything in your power to make my rings custom to me. You were patient when I came In to have my 2 bands custom made. My now wonderful husband did an amazing job in choosing the engagement ring from Smales Karratha but I was fussy with the bands. After much discussion Dina designed the 2 bands (was meant to get married in Perth and Bali), had to change to December 2020 due to COVID but yay still got 2 bands. Love your work Dina and thank you again.

The mark of a business is how they deal with customers when things don’t quite go as planned. I quickly found a fault on a purchased item, it wasn’t noticed at the time of purchase. I returned to the store as soon as I could. The staff were excellent and solved my problem in a few minutes, walking out with a new replacement item. No argument or drama. I would not hesitate to purchase again from Smales. Great service.
