Ordered 8 hot and spicy chicken with the cheap as cheaps deal. I even asked as they handed it to me if they put hot and spicy or original and they said hot and spicy. Came home and opened it up and its half hot and spicy and half original. Thank you for the disappointing meal KFC

Awesome staff, fresh tasting food almost every time
Not a good experience at all. I think everyone should agree that a key element in any good sandwich is fresh bread, which definitely was not the case in my order (#1230 on 5/1/21). You guys ruined my family lunch.
Only thing that was passable was the food. Which was only just passable, not the best KFC I’ve had, but not the worst. The customer service was poor and staff didn’t seem to understand basic words (probably one of easiest order I have placed, yet hardest time getting the guy at counter to get it? Like what else could 10 chicken nuggets not in a meal, with an extra plain gravy mean?). My step father order zinger chicken but only got regular. Store was VERY dirty. Every single table was dirty. Particularly bad during this COVID time (they even have stickers saying that these tables will be clean?). Overall would not come back to this store. If store is this dirty within customer view, I wonder how dirty it is out of view.

It's a typical KFC for the city, however this time the inside was quite dirty and had alot of crumbs on the floor as well as chips. There was about 4 people in the shop and my order took 30 mins. I think they accidentally forgot the order and we had to remind them. However the food was still nice, fresh and tasty.
