They respect working hours, offering meeting times later in the evening and over the weekend, as well as making themselves available to answer any quick questions over the phone. We interviewed 6 companies before selecting Design Renovate to build our double story extension in North Perth. Not for one second have we regretted this decision. Their architect was really enthusiastic about the project and designed something so much better than we thought we would have. They told us it would take 6 months to complete the project and that's how long it took. Their work has been quality and I feel like they have been as invested in how well the reno turned out as we have. Our neighbors allowed us to use their driveway for access and DR were really considerate of them. They even took flowers and chocolates next door to thank them for the use of the driveway and for putting up with the inconvenience. This was our first building experience and everyone tells you how terrible it is and that "if they say its 6 months it'll be 12". Well we found none of that to be true with DR and have already recommended them to two different sets of friends for projects they are looking at doing. So needless to say, I highly recommend them.
With previous experience within the renovation industry and now as a supplier I have found Design Renovate to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. With their desire to create outstanding homes for their clients I am more then pleased for our products to be featured within their homes. An absolute pleasure to deal with, with a real understanding of the industry.

This company is a rebrand of Living Environs. You need to be aware that they will suck you in with a flashy sales pitch and leave you with the results of a chaotic, substandard and grossly over budget build. Glowing reviews by their own contractors and the wife of the principal seek to mask that this company is rubbish.
