Core focus Pilates is the best Pilates studio in Perth. Starting from the beautiful and authentic owner Helen and including the wonderful instructors and loyal clients. It’s become my daily happy place and I wouldn’t change it for the world. ️️️️️

Out of all the fitness classes I have ever tried this is by far my favourite. You get a fantastic workout but in a relaxed environment. The instructors are lovely and the studio is clean and light. Highly recommend.
When I lived in Subiaco, Core Focus were such a great place to go to. Very friendly, lovely studio. Only wish they would open one up in Midland - there is nothing like this up this way! It's so far to travel from the hills to Subiaco for this class but I still think I'll do it on the occasion to treat myself!
I have absolutely love doing reformer Pilates classes at Subiaco studio! Not only does it have an amazing vibe about the space, the girls are all so gorgeous and I always have an amazing workout! I highly recommend anyone wanting to start out or is more experienced!
Absolutely love this studio! The instructors are all so friendly and welcoming, and make sure you're doing every move with proper form so you get the most out of every class. Always feel better after a class here.
Core Focus Pilates has been a part of my daily routine for 3 years now...a prefect way the end the work day. The studios are always such a welcoming environment with challenging classes. The instructors are lovely and helpful. I love that there are 2 studios and I am able to follow my favourite instructors around.
I love this place! I have being going to classes over the last 2 years. There are flexible options for class packs, the instructors are friendly and great at their jobs, classes involve a range of beginner and advanced options and good diversity, and the equipment is well maintained. The customers are a range of ages, genders and body shapes. As a boutique studio, Core Focus also has a lovely sense of community relative to others I have tried in the area such as KX. Highly recommend!
Core Focus Pilates has become an essential part of my routine and I always leave feeling energised for the day. I have been attending for about 18 months now and I have never felt stronger. The classes continue to challenge me and there is plenty of variety.
