Very good to deal with from a consultants point of view. Developed Property is a property advocacy firm who pride themselves on providing quick, sound and quality advice. We often think outside the box to obtain solutions, which is what we enjoy doing most. We believe in achieving the best outcome possible with people we work alongside. Our unique skill set allows us to create great outcomes in short timeframes which is often our greatest achievement, which allows us to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Very pleased with the use of steam to kill weeds in the City of Subiaco and not the deadly glyphosate. Well done to PennyTaylor and her team.

They are the joke of Perth.

Best council I have dealt with in Perth for Development and Building. 4 times now and awesome and Cooperative everytime Sad to see some of the residents lack of manners used at reception though. Disgusting how some talk to the HUMANS behind the counter trying to do their job.

I don't write reviews very often. And Subiaco council tends to get a bad wrap, but I have to say that every person I speak to on the phone or email in the last six months is super helpful and polite, with a great attitude, so I just wanted to say thanks to the frontline people who can get caught in the middle of concerns and negativity about the council.

Yet another disappointing visit to Subiaco today. Tried the 90 minute free parking under Woolworths. All the signs say take a ticket but no where does it tell you where the tickets are, no boom gate issue, lots of signs stating display a ticket, still did not see a ticket machine sign, no one to ask. Returned to a 65 fine after 5 minutes while I went to a shop to ask how to obtain a ticket. Thank you Subiaco. When you add that to the disgusting council representative at the Bonjour Perth festival, this is the last time I will bother visiting your suburb. Yet again you have let your local businesses down with poor council service.

Subiaco is a nice place to visit, however, Council makes it quite difficult with parking metres every where. This is really uncalled for in a such low traffic areas. We had to ditch local businesses we wanted to visit for fear of getting a parking ticket.
