Had 40 additional to Govt funding glasses are crackly in the frame and they won't fix it unless the lenses fall out, not the clear plastic nose rest fell out and wont stay in even after push it back on. Lastly my old glasses are clearer and sharper vision than the new ones. When the new arrived after about 3 weeks they were really blurred and had to take new readings and wait again. Now with covid cant contact them and yhe message for email is unclear then hangs up so no chance of contacting them.

Really angry that you get a quote and when you go in for your appointment you are charged 3 times the amount with no apology. Won’t be back.

Poor service and expensive, had to get some prescription glasses through my no gap health fund benefit. It was not worth it here, had unnecessary out of pocket expenses. I went to Specsavers instead no gap.
