My experience with Dr. Enu was not good. I went for extraction of my wisdom tooth, she appeared confident after the X-ray but the extraction proved too much for her and she tried hard pulling my tooth out, huffing and puffing only to leave the root behind breaking half of the teeth and talking out only the top. Maybe my tooth was too strong and this was a one off case, but it left a bad taste in my mouth both literally and metaphorically. Go only if you think you have a straight thorough case and not a complicated one. At the end, I was left with a referral to a specialist with a half broken tooth. Not a pleasant experience. Learnt a ‘bloody’ lesson

Very nice and professional dentist. Took out my wisdom teeth very quick and no pain at all!!! So impressed about that!!! The assistant is really caring, she not just standing by my side while assisting the dentist, she actually hold my hand, tried to calm me down as I was really scared! And because of my bad English, I get a little bit confused on price which dentist already list out clearly for me upfront and my partner actually called to ask. I felt sorry about that but ended up the assistant still explained patiently for him! Appreciate that! Thanks so much for your guys
Uplus Dental is a clean, modern dentist that makes you feel in pure comfort from the moment you step in - you will forget you are even in a dental clinic. The receptionist (Jessie) is incredibly friendly and helpful, which can really lift one's mood as not many people enjoy having their checkup at the dentist. My initial appointment was with (I believe) Dr Tapia, who performed a clean and Phillips zoom whitening. She did an impeccable job and was gentle and professional at all times. Now, my regular dentist is Dr Singh, who is knowledgable and efficient - she takes all the time to answer your questions and concerns, and does a fantastic job cleaning the teeth. Not to mention I have never waiting more than even 5 minutes for an appointment :) I highly recommend uPlus dental, and it is exceptionally great if you have insurance because they charge no gap.
Great! The staff were very friendly and the dentist made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure and asked me if I was okay throughout each step. She was highly professional in her practice and gave me a variety of options for my permanent retainers and fillings. They were highly affordable compared to other dentists I've visited previously and did not force unnecessary expensive treatments. The office was also very clean and tidy! Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely recommend to others!
Probably one of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. I had been to Uplus once before (before the current dentist was there) and there were no dramas. With their current main dentist (she's on maternity leave at the moment), I paid 700ish for 3 fillings, and halfway through the procedure she told me the assistant had messed up the paste so she needed to redo one of the fillings. That was fine by me. The procedure was completed and I was sent home. The next day, where the anaesthetic was injected, I got a HUGE boil / cyst in my cheek and needed antibiotics for it. A day later, one of the supposedly problem-free fillings cracked suddenly and my tooth felt super hollow. I was frightened, so I called them and explained that I thought my tooth had been cracked so they told me to return. When I returned, the dentist explained that the filling had dissolved as they put the wrong paste into that one too! So that's 2 out of 3 fillings faulty...she fixed that tooth up and I was sent home again. It's now been under 2 months since the fillings were put in my teeth and I can still feel sharp pains where the fillings are, and I know that the fillings were done incorrectly because I shouldn't be feeling pain in areas where the nerves are covered up with fillings? Because she's on leave, I know already they won't try and rectify it as they told me that they can't give me free work if the dentist I saw isn't there at the moment. Spend your money elsewhere, take it from me.
Had two root canal treatments and two deep clean/ whitening sessions here at this clinic. Very happy with price and service who explained in detail what’s needed prior to treatment. All in all a comfortable experience. Thank you!
Highly experienced staff , cheaper than other dental clinics I been to. Definitely coming back .
Great staff. Made me feel very comfortable and completely understanding of any anxiety I had towards treatment. Very patient and caring. Great location with lots of street parking. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Dr. Wong is wonderful.
