Genuinely great restaurant, I come here frequently. The service is fast, the staff are welcoming and the place itself has a really nice atmosphere. The only bad thing I could say is that I’m not particularly fond of them recently raising their prices on majority of their dishes. Great food though ️

Tomoya is a highly dependable Japanese Korean local restaurant. They are always swift with their service and the food is always fresh, uplifting and nutricious. It's a great place to catch up with friends, though equally perfect to dine solo when you need a pick-me-up after a long day. All arrivals get a free mix of entrees, from glass noodles, to pickled vegetables, to memorably glazed nuts. You cannot go wrong with their heartwarming ramen in one of three flavours: miso, beef, or pork. The ramen combo is my faithful pick, which can come either with gyoza, chicken, or my favourite, katzu (crumbed fried chicken with salad and kewpie - i.e. mayonaise).

First time coming here last night. It was amazing experience. Started with few side dish and great customer service from front of house staff as well as lady owner. Service with smile, keep topping with side dish as well. Customer service 5 . We ordered ramen and crispy chicken combo, Cold noodles combo, and spicy noodles combo. It was tasty, it was spicy, it was delicious. Wow wow wow. Food 5 . Tomoya will become our favorite dinner place now in Strathfield. I was very impressed with lady owner helping with the staff and very handy. Thank you Tomoya staff.

This restaurant seems to be a hybrid between Japanese and Korean food. The main dishes are tasty and have high quality of ingredients. The cold side dishes which come for free are not as good. Some are nice such as the kimchi but some are not pleasant, such as the seaweed which was incredibly sour and acidic, as there was too much white vinegar in it. In general it is good value for the prices and is a nice place to eat in Strathfield for a quick lunch.

The glasses Korean guy is the kindest and most hard-working person I have seen! He literally works everyday and has great customer service. The food here is so tasty. I love the katsu don lunch set. So delicious
