Fantastic service. Booking my car in was easy. The staff took care understanding the issues and fixed them all. What a comfortable office to wait for my vehicle too. Free coffee, tea and air-conditioning. Total luxury.

Fantastic place to take your car for a service. Very friendly staff, kept me updated throughout the entire process. Called to explain the work that needed to be completed, in great detail and in a easy to understand way. Good value, only completed work that needed to be done - I’ll be back

Excellent car service. Friendly staff not too long to wait. Everything explained before repairs. Reasonable prices for my Mazda 3 (2007) . Only done under 42k mileage. Time to buy a new car

Had the worst experience ever from any service centre ever. Gave my car to them 2days ago for a diagnosis of what the problem is, but they failed to give me a proper solution to me. This is very unprofessional. Being a member of NRMA for so long wasn’t expecting this unprofessional behaviour. On top of that after calling them for a million times and trying to know what the actual problem is 1st of all they weren’t sure what the actual problem is and told be vage prices of the cost. 2ndly when I asked for a quotation they are still not giving me one for the last 1 day. I believe to generate a quotation one doesn’t need much which surely mean how disoriented they are to serve a customer. This is a total waste of 120 diagnosis and towing fee i had to spend to get my car to their place.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTIST, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! They gave 2 different quotes on on work done on my ignition. The first quote was 120 and that it will be a quick fix, but ended up paying 650 after lying to me that they had to get a locksmith in. Never again will I set foot in a NRMA service center, they don't care about you, your just a number to them.
