The staff wasn't very enthusiastic at doing the job. Whenever I came to buy milktea in the morning (around 10.45am), I always saw the staff not doing her job. She was just standing at the back of store and playing with her phone. I had to call her couples of time of time, but she was not respond. It is not the first time she was like that. I know sometimes the Eftpos machine doesn't work. However, in 30th Sep, when I tapped to pay, the money wasn't go through because of the internet issue, I decided to pay by cash instead. But she didn't want me to pay by cash, she told me to wait and she restarted the machine. It took me 10min to wait. After that, Eftpos still cannot work so she accepted me to pay by cash???? Why don't she accept it at the beggining?? You're wasting customer time. Baddddd customer service. She didn't say "Sorry" to me. Shame on you.
Staff are very friendly and drinks are made real quick.

Would recommended. I visited this place for 3 times last week. Normally, like 2 times a week. I really enjoyed the pearl milk tea Milk foam. Taste so good if I compare to others milk tea. Keep it good work!
Have only recently started drinking Bubble tea. Been enjoying it. Tea is made to order and good hygiene and practice maintained. Get the rewards to get a drink free after 10 cups. Better than chatime. Pearl Milk tea for beginners.
Girls working there dont know how to smile. I am forced to buy from there every week as my child loves the tea. But aweful service just absolutely rude in my opinion cannot even say welcome when i thank them. A smile is enough for me if you cannot speak English.
