We recently had our Wedding at Flowerdale Estate and couldn't recommend it more! From the moment we saw the venue we knew it was for us with the country rolling hills, delicious food, gorgeous grounds and amazing pavilion the fact it had accomodation on site it was a no brainer for us! Maria & the team at Flowerdale will go above and beyond for you and make sure your day is absolutely perfect. The venue was also great in allowing us to bring in hire items and work with my wedding stylist to create the styling/vibe we imagined our day to have, they are super flexible with this. They are genuine people who just want your day to be amazing. All our guests are still raving about the food & drinks, there was plenty to go around. Having access to the Bridal Parlour in the morning was great and so easy to get ready at. The grounds are so well kept and prepped the morning off to ensure its ready for your big day. Flowerdale holds a special place in our heart and we can't thank everyone involved from the wedding planners on site to the staff on the night!

I came across Flowerdale Estate while looking for a High Tea venue for my mum’s birthday back in 2017. While we were there we strolled around the beautiful gardens after enjoying one of the best high teas we have ever had. Joe and I knew from the beginning that we wanted a venue that had a very relaxed feel but without being too casual. Immediately I remembered going out to Flowerdale Estate and how beautiful it was. The estate offers two stunning locations for your ceremony and they have the amazing pavilion which can be opened on balmy nights. They also offer overnight accommodation for your guests so that they can party and enjoy themselves without having to drive home. We were fortunate enough to have our wedding on the last weekend before the first COVID shutdown. With new laws and requirements changing daily the staff were always in contact and even with all the confusion and mayhem they remained professional. We couldn’t fault them! With great attention to detail, amazing staff and fantastic food, Flowerdale Estate really did impress us and our guests. We had the most amazing wedding day and we will be back to enjoy their yummy high teas. Carla & Joe – 21st March 2020
Staff here are amazing: Demmi, Bridget and Maria plus the entire crew. Food is delicious , especially their dessert. All the staff are pros at handling all kind of situations no matter rain or shine. Highly recommend for events - wedding.
Wow. What a fantastic venue for our sons 21st. Apart from a few little teething issues with the menu. (Which was explained to us and more than adequately compensated for), the venue and the staff (Maria especially) went over and above what was to be expected on the day. All our guests were impressed by the quality of the food, presentation and the Venue. A hidden gem!! The Chefs gift of the Gnocchi to our son to take home and have the following day capped it of. Thoroughly recommend it. Go out and try it.
Took a great day trip out to here today. A lovely drive out of Melbourne is rewarded with top notch, tasty food served by a most hospitable staff team. Will be back again for another city break.
Great venue for a break away or hosting a wedding. The restaurant/cafe is also great to just pop in for a bite
Such a beautiful country location and I can imagine that as a wedding venue it would be perfect! However we felt that as a restaurant the experience was quite ho hum. The service was very patchy, though waitstaff were lovely. The food also was very plain, no errors were made, but to have a highly trained chef serving bare basic beef n chips and grilled plain salmon? We would’ve loved to taste something a little exciting or even slightly surprising!
Absolutely loved our visit. Beautiful surroundings and loved the relaxed ambience. The food and service were fabulous too. Looking forward to our next visit.
