Covid-19 means I can't get to Australia where I usually would buy my plus size bras. Not really a thing in Singapore. In frustration, I googled 12E bra and got Storm in a D Cup. Sight unseen, without knowing a thing about the brands I was buying, I bought two bras, spending more than I have ever spent on a bra before and this was just in the hopes they would fit. Let me tell you about running in Singapore. Chafing is a thing. It's practically the main thing. 30 degrees, 60% humidity - ALL THE TIME. Today I ran 21km without a single issue in the first of the two bras I bought. They fit perfectly, they feel amazing, a 12E is genuinely just that. I was so happy as soon as I got home, dripping sweat and all, I sat down and wrote a thank you email. I can see from the other reviews y'all know what I'm talking about. Great little shop. Well worth the expense.

The customer service was excellent, a lady by the name of Biddy helped me in picking the right sized bra, they were extremely comfortable and worth the price! Will purchase again!
A few days after the order was lodged, I was informed that the item was not going to be available for a while and asked with courtesy to be patient. I was disappointed but accepted to wait. I remained in contact via email with the customer service and was impressed by their professional and efficient communication. The tone of the communication was both polite and resolute, keeping my patience alert. The item was delivered a few weeks later.
I have visited a fair number of specialist bra stores and boutiques over time: Storm in a D Cup is an absolute pleasure to shop at and visit. The staff are knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. I was impressed with their expertise in fitting, suitability and the range available. Lucinda helped me today and was 10 stars - thoughtful, astute, charming, knowledgeable - everything was so easy (and I am often not the easiest bra shopper). Thank you - you made my day. I visited the store a few weeks ago and it was such a great experience - I've always struggled to find bras that properly fit, and the team made sure I tried different styles / options to find the perfect ones. I have a particular issue with silicone-lined strapless bras and I've been on a mission to find one without silicone and the team delivered :) when I went to re-order online (and made an error) - the team responded quickly, fixing my mistake without any hassle at all. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back!
Fantastic customer service. I ordered 2 items online (discounted) which weren’t quite right so I returned them for a store credit. One of the items took a little bit of time to have the return ‘processed’...but understandable considering the surge in online business. Biddy’s communication and range of products meant it was super easy to spend my store credit.
Excellent service both in the store and online. I recently emailed to get the details/size of a previous in-store purchase so I could -re-order online. They got back to me straight away and I received my delivery the next day. This saved me at least 2 hours of time. Highly recommended.
