Went there for a small-scale problem, two gentlemen spent quite some time to assist me. Great old fashion good service, cannot recommend them highly enough.
Had fantastic service from Daniel in Ascot. Helped me source a particularly odd sized bearing.
Best to order and go. Had to wait 35mins to get a std off the shelf open linear bearing. Had only one staff for the linear apparently, while 3 other staff didn't bother. Wonder how you can have this kind of company policy in this age. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Thats 1 hour to get an off the shelf part as I was sent from Kewdale branch since they dont carry stock. Time to multi skill and have people help each other. I would be able to go and find the part myself from the store if I spend half the time.
