This system is awful. Takes an hour to get in there. You waste more fuel waiting then you get for the bottles. They just need multiple machines so people can walk in and wait for a machine. Or more staff would help. Massive time waster.

They are quick and polite. Some of the other drivers have no idea but that's got nothing to do with the facility. They are moving on the 15th of March to 3/63 Burnside Rd Stapylton. It's a bigger location which will be even better.
Can you please in future put some signage up with your holiday hours, now done 2 trips, Xmas eve closed early, today (Monday) closed, Web site says closed boxing day. No problem with staff having a well deserved break but please take time to put up signage which at least would have saved me one trip. BTW.. I certainly wasn't the only one making the trip
First time going to Earn my Return and it was not what I expected there were people there to count you returns and answer any questions it was quick and pain-free. Who would of thought that recycling could be so much fun and rewarding..
The first time on my own and no problems. My experience was great. No problems. I had 22 bags of containers. Cans and plastic bottles separate. Taken in less than 10 mins then a young guy got payment from atm and I think I was only inside for approx 15 mins. Long queue to wait about half hour but again no problem. Best place to go. Half hour travel but worth it.
Only go there, because it is close to me. Some of the staff either can't count or deliberetely under count even when cans and bottles in boxes and numbers are obvious.
