I took my twin boys to see Dr Heather this morning to assess their hearing for speech development and glue ear (prone to infections). She was simply amazing. Based on their requirements, she recommended and called the ENT and booked them in urgently for an appointment and surgery, as we were travelling in the next few weeks. Heather went out of her way to fit us in to get an ear mould for my son so that he could go swimming. The visit was a pleasure and she made sure he felt comfortable.
Bought musicians earplugs (17dB model from ACS) after being frustrated with disposable plugs (both foam and cheap filtered ones). Heather was lovely and the moulding process couldn't have been easier. The plugs themselves are FANTASTIC. Super comfortable, don't budge even when eating, and they sound amazing. If you're on the fence about it or think they're too expensive - just do it. The difference between these and disposable ones is night and day. The fit, the feeling, and the sound ohhhhh boyyyyyy they sound amazing.
