I contacted Beyond Debt when I went through a tough time and got myself into a bad situation financially. I was advised not to make payments while they arranged a repayment plan with the creditors as ai was paying money to Beyond Debt. I was concerned about my credit rating which at that stage was still good however I took their advise. After months of waiting they finally responded and said the creditors wouldn't do a plan. By this stage I had got behind in repayments, fees had been added and I had a terrible score. They took the 500 fee and left me to clean up the pieces. I'm now in a worse situation than what I would have been. I was promised different things by different staff members. I had to negotiate with them due to the misinformation which caused more stress. I thought it was meant to help with the stress of debt however it added to it. Perhaps they do help others however my experience was very poor and not supportive at all!

Beyond debt really took me out of the debt blues, I no longer have to deal with annoying creditors, they handle it all for me.
