A great learning experience, some new tips for BBQing, went to the South American Fast & Furious class. 4 hours talking, preparing food, cooking on the BBQ and sharing tips was awesome. Will definitely have to attend some of their other cooking experiences to build some more bonus skills. Thanks Scoffed

Attended the Cow Know How BBQ course. A fantastic day, packed with good food and a decent slab of knowledge on the various cuts. Was great to see a quality butcher in action.

Great experience last weekend with the 'Low and Slow' BBQ cooking class. Was well organised, and well run. The two guys who showed us how to prep, cook and eat were very knowledgeable and helpful. One was a butcher and regularly enters BBQ competitions. I learned some great tips and tricks, and would recommend to anyone looking at getting into American style BBQ to enroll. Oh, and eating what we helped prepare and cook at the end was awesome!

My 2 sons attended a workshop in the school holidays. The premises is clean, professional staff teaching the kids to cook/decorate cakes and they made it fun for them as well. My boys said they will definitely do another class again. Thanks.

I couldn’t recommend Scoffed highly enough!! My daughter has just had her 12th birthday party here and the team were fabulous - they accommodated any and all dietary requirements and kept all the kids engaged while cooking some amazing food across the 2 hours. Nadine ensured the parents were well taken care of with coffee and delicious platters, while Jenette kept a very noisy bunch of girls entertained in the kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for the scoffed team and the communication was excellent in the lead up to the party. Thank you to everyone who helped to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and can’t wait to come back!!

My children have been to several classes at Scoffed over the last year and come home bubbling and knowledgeable about the recipes and skills. The favourite this summer was the cha su bao, custard bao and sui mai day ... but the lamb koftas and flatbread in October were delicious too. The staff are enthusiastic, patient and really professional. Definitely recommend for a quality experience.

Great experience, hosts and pitmaster. I would have liked more time to work the brisket and ribs, however the class was a low n slow class. Looking forward to the brazilian fast and furious class.
