We took delivery of a Millard van recently. The team at RV Connection made the task very easy. Ordering, delivery and after-sales service has been excellent. We now have a van well suited to our needs and it has only been a quick phone call to sort out the few things I could not work out. Buying a van is a big investment. RV Connection made it an enjoyable one.

We went down specifically wanting an Air Opus camper and wanted extra information on them, we actually knew more about the Air Opus campers than they did. After receiving our camper , We had sent our opus back in for warranty repairs which took us over 8 weeks to get contact back about a date / time to do so. After directly contacting Opus ourselves we all of a sudden received a phone call with a date from RV connections to repair. We received our camper back in worst shape than we left it. Welding / grinding flash marks all over the exterior of the camper and now has rust marks embedded throughout, they clearly opened in the rain as all our cushions were wet and ruined and all our bedding/foam mattress topper was filthy from men standing on it in boots, our keys clearly left in the rain for days as the whole set is completely rusted, my partner had to go find our wheel chocks that they had thrown to the side. Definitely not impressed.

Would give a zero if possible. When we bought the camper things went smooth until they got the money then it was all down hill from there. We took the camper out once and understandably there were a few fixes as there always is, so we called up filled out all the paper work needed eg. warranty forms and pictures of the claim. It took around 8 weeks to get in then they had it for 5 weeks and it came back with rust pits all over the paint which I'm guessing happened from grinding on or near it without covering and it definitely won't buff out, the paint is absolutely ruined a brand new camper now looks well used. They don't remember your name when dealing with you and your concerns mean nothing we sent through pictures and explained about three times. Safe to say we will never use rv connection again. If you are going to buy a camper use 'set up camp' in south Windsor they're aboslutley amazing and cater to your every need.
