Every step of the way has been positive, from our interaction with Paul the sales consultant to the installation of the double glazing, we have been more than happy. The information flow meant that we knew what to expect and what was happening. The finished product exceeded our expectations. The thermal benefits keep our house cooler in summer and most definitely warmer in winter! There is also that indefinable quality I call the 'rarefied atmosphere' within a house that has double glazing, a stillness to the air and a sense of security. Would recommend this product to anyone who cares about their environment .

Our French door is a lemon, 20k for windows and doors and at least 10 visits multiple back and forwards to repair. The door after the latest tweak does not seal, it whistles when there is a nice SW wind. Damage to architraves, new carpet, new paint this is just a consumer nightmare. Updated I think most reasonable people will make their own conclusion re your response - a common theme with Oknaluk being questioned. Fact of the matter is a Faulty 6k - 6 month leaking door which takes 16 weeks to arrive in SA , so this is not a easy fix - a garden hose water test does not cut it. 6/12/19 email sent to Oknalux with evidence of water entering via middle and right door lower door. 1/02/20 email sent to Oknalux with evidence of water damage to carpet / architraves and both sides and leaking both sides of doors. 4/03/20 email sent with evidence of more damage to architraves and water leaks. 27/3/20 email sent suggesting doors do not close - I was informed this was fine and new thicker seals were replaced - even though you can hear/ feel air again leaking at the top of door. 20/4/20 Telephone call to PS with frustrated feedback on reoccurring ongoing water leaks 29/4/20 email sent re water issues again - middle and right-hand side of door 21/5/20 email sent regarding last door seal exchange that repairs were not successful and door does not seal. We the consumer have been made too feel that’s its it’s our issue which really is not acceptable.

Happiness is having our Oknalux Triple glazed kitchen window installed! Our kitchen looks smarter, is cooler and quiet amazing difference for us. Installation guys professional, interactive with us during process, plus left our premises clean and free of debris. If your thinking of having a window replaced we would recommend using Oknalux their product is incomparable to anything on the market.. we checked with at least 3 other companies, our choice means winners are grinners... Highly recommended for replacement of arched windows. I was looking all over Adelaide to have my rotted, arched timber windows replaced. I found Oknalux to be not only one of the more cost effective solutions but the most durable too. Pair this with the added bonus of noise reduction and the thermal efficiency that double glazing offers. I had four arched windows installed on a double story property and they look great! The install was quick and very professional, with fantastic results inside and out. - Well worth the wait.

I am delighted with my double-glazed French doors and adjacent window. Oknalux were the only company that I could find that could do PVC-u in one colour on the outside, to satisfy strata requirements, and another on the inside to match my decor. Everything about the operation was efficient, from quoting and measuring to delivery and installation. The quality is very good; I have some experience of similar products in the UK but I would choose these; I am making plans now to replace my other doors and windows. While it would be possible to continue to repair and paint woodwork, the opportunity to have well sealed fittings that reduce noise, control temperature and require little maintenance outweighs the additional cost. No more fuss and bother is such a bonus!

Had all windows and doors changed to double glazed ones and this has made a huge difference to reducing heat loss. Excellent product and very happy with outcome. Installation by Oknalux went extremely well; very professional and reliable, no complaints. Can recommend.

I have an older double brick home which had very old sash windows. Last December I had Oknalux replace them with double glazed windows. Although the wait for them to arrive from Poland was long, once they arrived the entire job was done in one and a half days! A lot of care was taken with the installation and I'm extremely pleased with the improved look to my home. Noise reduction is good and with opening windows on a cool summer evening and closing them for the day I've hardly used the aircon. Looking forward to a much warmer winter! I thank the team from Oknalux for their help and care along the way.
