Such a pleasure dealing with the team at St Mary's Jayco, purchasing our brand new Jayco Silverline Caravan. The team always treated us with respect and promptly answered any questions we had. As we don't have a tow vehicle as of yet, Brad & Kurt took the time out at the end of their day to deliver our Caravan to us. We live almost an hour away from the dealership. Bought our 1st van here, great customer service. We had a little hipcup regarding some minor issues but the Jayco service team went far and beyond to fix the issues they found. Its been a year now and the van is still going strong, will be coming back when we get our next upgrade
From the outset, the staff were always willing to help. The purchase was easy and every aspect was explained. Pickup day arrived and we were given a detailed and incredibly thorough handover of the new van. They spend hours with us explaining and demonstrating everything in detail. By the end of it, no stone was left unturned and we left knowing exactly what has to be done during setup, pack up and during our vanning escapades. Highly recommend Jayco Sydney and their team of very enthusiastic staff. When the time comes to downsize when it's just the wife and I, no kids, cannot wait lol, we will be back to buy our next van from you guys. Appreciated the gifts as well. Was a nice personal touch

Everytime I contact Jayco Sydney about my van or just a question, I discover more staff have left. The general consensus is that Brad and his phone puppet s/manager are infatuated with making themselves look important and treat their staff appallingly. Not a single person feels valued, happy or part of a team, which is really sad considering the commitment and dedication of the previous owner.
