Express - NO WAY!! Our company have been using Express Trophies for over a decade and have had nothing but great service, since the new owner has taking over the customer service has declined. Mistakes with orders, orders not ready and the worst part, the way I was spoken to today was very rude and disrespectful to a loyal customer!!! I have heard a lot of customers saying the same thing - I have taken our business to Raleigh Trophies in North St Mary's and they were more than happy to have our trophy ready by Monday. I recommend not using EXPRESS Trophies as you will regret it! Express - not at all!!
