EXCELLENT Service, QUALITY product & VALUE for money. Highly recommended. Rainwater tank installation direct to toilet and tap with no existing connections. Aussie Water Savers were excellent from start to finish. Nicole provided excellent customer service over the phone and was always very happy to help. Paul came out to quote the job and was very knowledgeable and experienced. Anthony and Tony came out to the installation and were very efficient, polite and hard working. From enquiry to installation it took less then two weeks. Aussie Water Savers are truly a family business and I could tell from my interactions with Nicole, Paul, Anthony and Tony. Anthony even took off his shoes when he went into the house and I didn’t even have to ask him What more else can you ask for. Genuine Australian Family Business Worth Supporting! In addition post installation I had overpaid the invoice Rhonda from accounts was super responsive and helpful and refunded the overpaid amount, shows the integrity and honesty of the business!

Tony and Tyler came to service our rainwater tank today and they were polite, helpful, honest and competent. This was my first experience with a rainwater tank and they solved all are problems including us not knowing that the pump was not even turned on. Tony explained everything very clearly and talked about when we needed our next service. I hope these two are on the job again next time we need a service.

From the sales department till the Truck driver . FIVE stars for Anthony , Tony and his experienced crew of professionals. Lisa and Nicole were amazing too. They work at the office . Giving us all support and explanations . We had a big challenge in our backyard , we tried a lot of other businesses but Aussie Water Savers were the only ones that understood perfectly our needs. They were fast, clean, and brave. Not losing the smile on their faces during all process. If you have a easy job or a big Challenge like us, I recommend to give this guys a call . Look for Anthony .
