They’ve had some good staff in their parts and service departments over recent years. Sometimes there’s delays for getting common parts for cars that aren’t even old (it’s an Adelaide problem), or you might have to be a little insistent about getting warranty type repairs done at Ford’s expense, but generally these people will come through for you.
Brenton and Sarah were great to deal with. Very good customer service. It made my customer experience perfect. Good job team.

Could not be any happier with my new Ford Ranger and all the work the boys did to get it looking the way it does. Especially BEN and Andy in finance and Curtis who helped get it sorted. Lot of extras and overs required as I had quite specific requirements and the boys bent over backwards to help me. I think the day of delivery they worked an extra 2 to 3 hours leading up to it just to get it delivered for me ...Five stars, great lads, I would definitely recommend Adrien Brian and the Team to anyone
