I've been waiting about TWO MONTHS for my textbook to come to School Locker and there is not even any information on when it will arrive. This is not the employees fault however, whoever is dealing with stocking books needs to get it together or students like myself will fail because of them!

if i can , will give no star. bought a new macbook pro on 17th of sept, machine would not start unless using ac power, showing battery needs to be serviced. went to apple store Carindale on 20th of Sept, saying the machine is out of warranty. went to School locker UQ this morning, Luke who sold me the computer, said just need to replace the battery, nothing wrong with the computer, excuse me,!!!, brand new machine as Luke claimed. i have told him that apple refused to repair it because it's out of warranty, he keeps repeat, there is a other way to register the macbook, and it was a new machine, would not listen what i said. stupid me.., paid additional 300 to change a new macbook pro, guess what, BATTERY PROBLEM AGAIN. this gentleman needs to re trained for customer services skills and attitude. the feeling i had was too bad, if you don't like, then fxxk off

Had my Iphone battery replaced by The School Locker - UQ St Lucia, the phone was perfect with screen protector but came back with a chipped screen protector. When I pointed that out the attendant highlighted the clause (2) on their service contract that says they will not be held responsible for any damage they may cause and wouldn't do anything about it. My bad luck. It's like taking your car in for a service and comes back dented and them saying they can't be held responsible. It sucks , not happy!!!
