From my first treatment, I could tell that Gareth is a highly skilled and knowledgeable chiropractor who has a 'whole body' approach to chiropractic treatment. He focuses on the healthy function of the whole musculoskeletal system – not just bones like some other chiropractors I've met in the past. Gareth has helped me to understand how hypermobility can be best managed to prevent most injuries from occurring in the first place - even with an active lifestyle. He employs evidenced-based techniques including Active Release and dry needling so that any adjustments are small, if indeed necessary at all. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! Try it and see...you won't be disappointed!
