100 times worse, than the worst telco i have ever dealt with globally. They are close to fraudulent, we been over charged by several 1'000 which they acknowledged but refuse to refund. Staff are the most unprofessional people i have ever worked with across any profession in the world. Unable to deliver services despite ordering them 6 months is advance with repeated guarantees they were on time. Wont return calls or emails. The thousands of dollars we are owed is not worth the hassle of interacting with these guys. Avoid at all cost.
After 3 weeks of messaging the help centre and endless phone calls I still haven’t been able to renew my contract!!!! This is crazy
It's not hard to see why Telstra outsources everything nowadays. The staff (particularly referring to my experience with Jonathan Worstencroft at St Leonards) are getting paid more than double, but quite useless. Won't give you time over the phone, won't reply to emails. You're better off calling Telstra business call centre or better still, find another provider.
Helpful knowledgeable staff. 10/10. Worked out what I wanted and delivered it in 5 minutes. Very satisfied.
A young man “Jonathan” was very helpful and he helped us sorted the issues within 15min that Chatswood Chase Telstra Centre couldn’t solve. Please see him and I am sure he will help you out.
Don't go near these people. Have dealt with them twice and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. They sold me an iPhone 7 which after 3 days was verified by apple as being faulty. They refused to take any responsibility and claimed water damage even though the phone is promoted as water and splash resistant and had never been in water. They were happy to sell the world but didn't want to know about any problem. Worst service ever and will never be back.
I have had to deal with them on phone - very rude . basically no one else in the office - so no escalation no hep . I would stay away
